We want you to be fully satisfied with every part you purchase from Zenith Terrain Auto Parts. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or installed parts
- Custom or special-order parts
- Electrical components
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective part). In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
